RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT:

We understand that shopping online can be fun, exciting, and occasionally tricky.
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with us, We offer returns and exchanges.

Please refer to the below guide to returning or exchanging item(s) at Teddy&Co Funland. This only applies if the return criteria are met (see below for return criteria).

RETURN CRITERIA:

Any items can be returned within 15 days from the time of delivery.

  • a proof of purchase must be provided
  • the item(s) is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS :

If you wish to return an item(s) because you have changed your mind, We will offer you an exchange or refund, providing the return criteria are met (see above for return criteria).


INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED  :

We will exchange any incorrect item(s) delivered from a purchase made online, as long as the return criteria are met (see above for return criteria).
Once the replacement is shipped, We will provide you with a return label so please send it back to us.

*Please note: the cost of freight to return the item(s) and to resend the replacement item is at Teddy&Co Funland's expense.

RETURNS PROCESS :

  1. Ensure the item(s) being returned comply with the return criteria stated above.

  2. Contact our Customer Service at help@teddycofunland.com with order numbers, name and reasons why you would like to return or exchange.

  3. Once our team confirms the eligibility of return, pack items for transport, ensure all items and paperwork are included  and the box is clearly addressed. Note that any damage in transit caused by inadequate packing will be at the cost of the customer.

  4. Post item(s) to be returned.

  5. Once the return is processed, We will refund the cost of sending the item back to the original method of payment, plus provide free delivery of the replacement item.

FAULTY ITEMS :

We will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC for any faulty items. For more information please visit, accc.gov.au/consumers.

We also offer a 100-day Manufacturer Warranty from  the time of delivery. 


FAULTY RETURN PROCESS :

  1. Contact help@teddycofunland.com with order numbers and images of the specific defects.

  2. Our customer service team will confirm if it meets the Faulty criteria. (see the ACCC page).

  3. Once we confirm the defects, the replacement item(s) will be resent at Teddy&Co Funland's expense.

  4. Faulty item(s) must  be returned to our warehouse.
    We provide you with a return label, please send it back to us.

 

REFUND AMOUNT CRITERIA:

  • Change of mind
    - The full amount of purchase will be refunded expect a shipping fee.

  • Incorrect delivery or Faulty Items
     The full  amount of purchase will be refunded including a shipping fee.
