PLACING AN ORDER

I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation email within an hour,
check your junk/spam inbox prior to contacting us. If a confirmation email has not been received within 48 hours, please contact help@teddycofunland.com who who will assist you in tracking your order.

Can I get assist to place an order online?

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
If your order already has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

What payment types are accepted?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, PayPal, AfterPay, Google Pay , Apple Pay, Crypto and more. 

How do I know my credit card details are safe?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. DELIVERIES

How long does it take to process my order?

Usually, We dispatch same day for orders placed before 11 am except the weekends and public holidays. At peak time, it may take up more time.

Do you offer Express shipping as well? 

Yes, We do. You can select the Express shipping option at checkout.
Shipping costs vary depending on an item(s) and region. 

When Should I expect my delivery?

For Domestic, Delivery should be expected between 3-6 business days  except on public holidays and any unforeseen delays. 

For International, Delivery should be expected between 3-27 business.
It may take longer due to unexpected delays or the courier's service schedule. 

How Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking numbers. If you have your tracking number handy, enter the number in the search bar on the courier website.


Can I collect my online order from my nearest store?

Not from stores. However, you can collect at our warehouse where is located at Unit 4 / 32 Junction Road, Burleigh Heads QLD if you are nearby. Usually, your order is ready in 24 hours during business days. You can select Pick up option at checkout.

Can I change the delivery address on my order? 

Yes, You can if your order is dispatched.

Which country is available for international delivery?

We ship to any country. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and they vary depending on countries.



REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15-day from the time of delivery.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

It can take up to 5-7 business days for you to receive a refund. 

Is the delivery fee refundable? 

The delivery charges will only be reimbursed to you if Teddy&Co Funland is at fault.This involves the wrong item being delivered, a manufacturers fault with the product. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, delivery charges will not be reimbursed. For more information please see our Returns policy.
